Privacy Policy

IDEAAIXS ("we", "us") is an AI UGC studio. This policy explains what we collect when you use ideaaixs.com, why, who processes it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit an application, request samples, or ask to be kept posted — via the form or the on-site concierge — we collect what you provide: your name, email, brand and website, what you sell, and an optional revenue range.
• Concierge conversations. Messages you send to the on-site assistant are processed to answer you and, only when you ask, to take an action (submit your application, request samples).
• Basic usage signals. To run the site and improve it, your browser stores small first-party values (e.g. a returning-visitor identifier and your language/voice preference) and we measure coarse, non-identifying signals such as approximate region (from your time zone), device type, and which sections are viewed. We do not use third-party advertising trackers and we do not build advertising profiles. We do not knowingly collect your precise location, and we do not and cannot detect your age.

How we use it

• To respond to your application or request and to deliver the service you ask for.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site (including lightweight A/B testing of on-site copy).
• To send you transactional email about your enquiry (for example, an application confirmation).

We rely on your request/consent and our legitimate interest in running a business website. We don't use your details for unrelated marketing without asking.

Who processes your data

We keep our stack small and use reputable providers as processors on our behalf:

• Hosting, forms & storage — our website host (United States) hosts the site, receives form submissions, and stores them.
• Concierge assistant — a third-party AI infrastructure provider processes your chat messages and the limited context above to generate replies. We send it only what's needed to answer you; we do not send it your behavioral signals or any identifier beyond your language/region for tone.
• Email — if you give us your email, a transactional email provider may be used to send you a confirmation and to alert us to your enquiry.
• Voice (optional) — if you use the microphone in the assistant, speech-to-text runs in your own browser via its built-in Web Speech feature. We don't record or store audio.

Some providers are located in the United States, so your data may be processed there. We share data only to provide the service and never sell it.

How long we keep it

We keep application and enquiry data only as long as needed to evaluate and respond to it and to keep basic business records — and no longer than 24 months unless you become a client (then per our agreement) or the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CPRA) you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to certain processing, and opt out of any "sale/share" (we don't sell or share data for cross-context advertising). To exercise any of these, email hello@ideaaixs.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You can clear the first-party values we store at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Security

We use access controls and reputable providers, and we limit who can see submissions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Children

The site and service are for businesses and are not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
