These terms govern your use of ideaaixs.com and the on-site concierge (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement, as described below.
IDEAAIXS is an AI UGC studio. The Site lets you learn about our services, get a tier recommendation, review our portfolio, and either apply to work with us or purchase a standard package directly. Applying does not create a contract and does not obligate either of us. We take on a limited number of brands and may decline any application.
Some standard services (for example the 30-Day Pilot and standard monthly tiers) can be purchased directly through the Site. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we never see or store card details ourselves. Direct purchases are governed by these Terms and the package description shown at checkout. Custom or higher-tier engagements are set out in a separate statement of work (SOW) covering scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and billing, and are invoiced only after you accept. Applying remains free — there is no payment to apply. If anything here conflicts with a signed SOW, the SOW controls for that engagement.
After a direct purchase, we review your brief before production starts. If we determine your product or brief is not a fit, we refund the purchase in full before production begins. Once production has started, fees are non-refundable except where required by law; monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 7 days' notice before renewal. The payment provider's own refund and dispute terms also apply.
Our deliverables are AI-native, synthetic media produced by us. You are responsible for ensuring the claims, product information, and brand assets you provide are accurate and lawful, and for complying with the rules of any platform where you publish (including required AI/synthetic-media and advertising disclosures).
Don't misuse the Site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or abuse the concierge or its tools; no submitting false or third-party data; no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may rate-limit, suspend, or decline access to protect the service. We may also decline work that is unlawful, deceptive, or outside our scope.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDEAAIXS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from use of the Site is limited to USD 100; liability for paid work is as set out in the applicable SOW.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the update.
